Swati Chanchani in Hay on Wye

We are delighted and blessed that Swati has agreed to return to Hay on Wye to teach in July this year. Swati is steeped in lifelong learning of the art and science of yoga, having studied with Yogacharya BKS Iyengar and his family for 45 years. She (along with her husband Rajiv) is director of the Yog-Ganga Centre for Yoga Studies in India. Her sincerity and commitment shines through her teaching which is direct, simple, full of common sense and at the same time extraordinarily profound, addressing both the body and beyond. She is co-author of Yoga For Children and has taught at international yoga conventions all over the world.
You will need to bring equipment with you (including a chair and a bolster).
All students with 3 year + practice are welcome. However, specific injuries and medical conditions cannot be catered for - please get in touch if you’re unsure if the work will be suitable for you.

£135 for the whole workshop
